Responsibilities
Client Support: Address client inquiries, policy changes, and service-related requests promptly and accurately.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
Policy Renewals: Assist clients in the renewal process, ensuring seamless continuation of coverage.
Claims Assistance: Aid clients in navigating the claims process and provide guidance on next steps.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Requirements
Licensing: Candidate must have an active P&C Insurance License (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred candidate will already be licensed with experience.
Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial insurance products and terminology is a plus.
Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
